About

Her art installations inspire awe through scale and form. These artistic creations convey more than a message and alter the space to have a voice, unheard and a form, unimagined. Through her studio Earthen Symphony Madhu Chandrika has been creating works of customized art that embody the essence of the space.

An alumna of Chitrakala Parishath – College of Fine Arts, Bangalore and a 10000 woman graduate from ISB, Madhu Chandrika stays abreast of the latest developments in materials and techniques, allowing her to conceptualize innovative artwork for each project. Each commission, be it a blank canvas or a highly detailed brief, is unique and bears her stamp. She has completed several prestigious commissions for reputed institutions across the country and abroad such as Biocon, Manipal Hospitals, BBMP, HAL, ISB, L and T, UPES – Dehradun, Burjeel Medical city – Abu Dhabi among the many more. In addition, Madhu Chandrika also designs for Earthen Symphony — an exclusive range of decorative art. Designed with as much passion as the signature line, this caters to those looking for smaller, distinctive art. She has also been working tirelessly at providing employment opportunities and promoting a healthy work culture at her studio for several years now. In addition to this unskilled people are given hands-on experience and thought skills that boost their confidence and self-esteem. For her commitment towards social responsibility, Madhu Chandrika has been awarded the Goldman Sachs & Fortune Global Women Leader Award, 2012. As she continues to align her social duty with her work, every client (company and individuals) automatically become a part of this initiative to help create better livelihood opportunities.

Ms Madhu Chandrika believes “Change can only be caused by those who want it. It is the prerogative of the dreamer who learns to take his or her due, and not ask for it”. She has represented women entrepreneurs of India at the UN commission for women at New York in February 2019.
