Neera has a professional career of 18 years spanning a range of roles and domains. Post 10 years in the industry, she joined one of the largest SME associations in India and was responsible for BD, Marketing, Company engagement, Corporate & Govt Relations. This stint gave her a lot of insights on the challenges faced by the MSME companies. Her career took a turn again when she had to shift to Pune from her hometown Mumbai. She joined a Fintech company GREX which was running a Private Market platform for startup investments, reporting and exits. She joined the co-founder of GREX when they together co-founded RealX – a fractional ownership platform for properties.

Aside of her professional responsibilities, Neera is also Director – G.A.I.N (Growth Acceleration & Investment Network) – equity-free accelerator to help companies scale-up. And co-leads the South Asia chapter of a global fintech think tank organization called GIFT (or Global Impact Fintech). She is also involved with one of the largest State-run incubators called KSUM (Kerala Startup Mission) & Startup India as a Mentor.

She loves customer facing & BD roles. However, her career has exposed her to deeper understanding and reasonable expertise over various & varied inward corporate functions like operations, finance, legal & compliance as well.
