Deepti Natarajan was involved in training and development for about 10 years when she chanced upon a job opportunity to teach English and soft skills to persons with vision impairment at Enable India. “How different can English be for people with vision impairment? “Grammar is Grammar no matter who you are!”, said a voice in her mind.
From then on, she moved to various roles, shouldered various responsibilities, worked with different organizations, met innumerable good souls, saw the social sector from an NGO point of view as well as a corporate funder point of view, and amassed a lot of knowledge and skills.
This wide spectrum of knowledge and exposure to the social sector led her to co-found The Bodhi Tree. At The Bodhi Tree, they believe in building the organizations that in turn build society and believe in creating a strong ecosystem for social sector professionals who in turn work for a better world. They also believe in social immersion for all.
